  • Describe the main types of policies and procedures that need to be identified and defined in HPE.
  • Prepare effectively for the various types of learning and assessment activities.
  • Describe the methods used for the monitoring and evaluation of learning and assessment activities.
  • Apply the skills for leading and managing educational innovations and improvement
  • Discuss and critique curriculum models and theories.
  • Explain the SPICES model of medical education.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the principles, rationale, and development of a contextual curriculum, including the role of culture in curriculum planning.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the principles of integrated curriculum design.
